Music seems to enhance neurochemical systems and structure of the brain related to positive mood, regulation of emotions, attention, and memory in ways that promote changes. Listening to music could boost up our mood and release stress. Both meditation and listening to music help improve health and wellbeing. If we hear music more and more, then the meditation level increases, this is good news. But music can cause a disturbance to some extent as many experts had opined. Being in silence is better than random listening. Sometimes putting on old music can induce a stress response. The wrong music can promote destruction or rumination or effects on mental health. Listening to inspirational music can help us exercise harder or longer. Calm music would not help us unwind to build an even deep plexus between music and health, this is called music therapy. This starts with the notion that music helps them to feel more complete or optimistic. It can take many patterns and forms. These include singing and playing instruments. These forms of music can reveal something about us. Some play the drum in one tempo that is slow and other play drums in high tempo that may reveal their difficulty in being elastic or flexible in other parts of their lives. Music is a form or way to bypass the rational side and to get in touch with the emotions. The music itself is a viable reward.
